Online Subscriptions for Individuals and Homeschools

Since the online Spanish program has a free 48-hour trial period, there are no refunds for the online program.

Auto-Renew: Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled within the subscription period. Customers can cancel by logging into their accounts, clicking on their username, and on “My Account” in the dropdown menu. Customers may also cancel by emailing kit@foreignlanguagesforkids.com within the subscription period.

Online Subscriptions for Charter Schools purchasing for individuals or families

For charter school purchases of subscriptions for individuals and families that are purchased directly online with a credit card, if you do not want these subscriptions to auto-renew, email us with the customer name and date of subscription purchase, requesting that the subscription does not auto-renew. A confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours.

Online Subscriptions for Schools and Spanish teachers of enrichment programs, co-ops, and individual or groups of students for payment

Subscriptions for schools and teachers must be purchased through annual licenses. Contact kit@foreignlanguagesforkids.com for pricing information.

Return Policy for Spanish products (does not apply to subscriptions)

We have worked hard to provide our customers with the highest quality products possible and it is of the utmost importance to us that our customers are happy with our products. Within 60 days, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from FL4K, you may return your purchase for a refund, less shipping costs:

  • To make a return, please call us at 301.299.8000 to inform us of your return
  • Returned products must be undamaged and in good condition. FL4K is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost and damaged packages, we strongly recommend that returns are sent using insurance and tracking information.
  • Cost of shipping in the original customer order and return shipping costs are not paid for or reimbursed by FL4K.

Promo/Offer Codes

Simply enter your Promo/Offer Code during checkout on the BILLING page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When an Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be reflected on the “Order Review” page.

For discount codes for online subscriptions, the discount may not appear until the subscription is charged.

Note: Only one (1) Offer Code may be used per order. When shipping to multiple addresses, promotions are applied accordingly. Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of Curriculum Sets.

Gift Wrap Service and Gift Messages

Giving FL4K gifts is easy, here’s how to use our complimentary Gift Services.

  • Gift wrap all items together with one gift message card: Place items in the cart. In the Gift Services section during checkout, choose “Please gift wrap this entire order and include a gift message.” Type your message in the box that appears.
  • Gift wrap each item individually and receive blank gift message cards: Place items in the cart. In the Gift Services section during checkout, choose “Gift wrap each item individually.” We will provide a blank message card for each item.
